Newsletter February 2022

The European citizens stand with Ukraine and its people. We at CVBF have lots of Ukrainian friends with whom we had projects, collaboration and very happy times, in Kiev as well as in many European cities.
We can’t accept that our Ukrainian friends are maybe abroad but cannot travel back to join their relatives in Ukraine, or they are living awful hours to go away and cross the borders with Poland, freezing at night, saving petrol which is not available at the stations, driving under the shelling and maybe hiding in the fields.
And we are sure that the majority of Russians do not want to replace the rule of law by the rule of force.
Only a huge pain, incredible empty inside and one question “why?”
