The programme “Estrazione dei Talenti” promoted by the Apulia Region to support the evolution of individual business initiatives, has kicked off the second part of the initiative, that foresees the launch of the call “TEAM”, to select informal groups of aspiring entrepreneurs and / or potential start-uppers, united by an innovative business idea.

The first phase of the “Extraction of Talents” initiative was dedicated to the selection of factories, groups of public and private subjects, national and international, that have designed and proposed customized acceleration paths. At this stage it was selected the proposal Factory “EVOLUTIO START UP” coordinated by CVBF, CNR and Bioindustry Park, aimed to support the development of the individual business initiatives through specific pathways of mentoring and coaching focused on technological transfer and business development, initiatives to support the strategies definition, business models and business plans, thus helping the start-upper Teams to achieve a good level of prospective sustainability and to promote the possible transformation of “ideas of business” in real innovative companies.

Currently, the second phase of “Estrazione dei Talenti” initiative will allow to select teams that will have free access to the accompanying pathways for the creation and acceleration of innovative business and for the related business development offered by the factories, which include coaching sessions, tutorship, mentorship. Each course will have a maximum duration of 300 hours, of which 40 in common sessions and a maximum of 260 hours in sessions dedicated to individual teams.

The call is an invitation to tender and the priority areas of the project to be submitted should be: sustainable manufacturing; human and environmental health; digital, creative and inclusive communities.
