The consortium consisting of IRCCS Materno Infantile “Burlo Garofolo” (Project Leader), Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Federico II, Azienda ULSS2 Marca Trevigiana and Consorzio per Valutazioni Biologiche e Farmacologiche (CVBF) has won a project founded by the Italian Ministery of Health through, aiming at facilitating the diagnosis of celiac disease.

The project aims to validate a new method for easy detection of a specific marker to speed up and facilitate the diagnosis of celiac disease. The project has been awarded a loan of 330 thousand euros and it has an expected duration of 24 months. 

CVBF will have an integral role in conducting all the regulatory, data management, monitoring, and statistics activities. More information is available here
