The CVBF
The CVBF (Consorzio per le Valutazioni Biologiche e Farmacologiche) was established on December 27th 2000 between the University of Pavia and the “Salvatore Maugeri” Foundation.


CVBF mission is:

  • Providing public and private bodies with expertise and support in the European procedures for the development of medicinal products
  • To plan and develop clinical and pharmacoepidemiological studies also targeted to small populations (children, rare diseases).
  • To provide both e-learning and residential Medical Education Courses (CME)

CVBF is enrolled in the Research Registry (56527NPW) from November 2004
